Order Confirmation: * All purchase orders submitted are subject to confirmation by [TAT]. * Orders will be processed only after receipt of full details and necessary documentation. Pricing and Payment Terms: * Prices cannot be change after Confirmation purchase order. * Full/partial payment terms must be agreed upon before order fulfillment. * Payment methods accepted: [Bank Transfer, Credit Card, etc.]. Delivery Terms: * Estimated delivery times will be provided upon confirmation. * [TAT] is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes). Returns and Refunds: * Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, and within [3 days]. * No returns for perishable items (e.g., fresh produce/seeds/fertilizers). Liability: * [TAT] is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of agro products after delivery. * Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
